Our founder’s background is rooted in a passion for service, integrity, and community upliftment. We understand the challenges faced by those working to rebuild their credit or execute essential legal documents, and we’re dedicated to making these processes accessible and straightforward.
Diane Jones
With a passion for the financial industry that began early in my career, I started as a Bank Teller and Customer Service Representative. My enthusiasm for finance led me to pursue higher education at the University of South Florida, where I earned my degree and expanded my expertise through coursework in Credit Counseling and Homeownership.
Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles including Mortgage Loan Originator and Processor, gaining valuable training to become a Certified Underwriter. Helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership has been incredibly rewarding.
I also have extensive experience in Mortgage Underwriting Management, leading teams of processors and loan officers. My goal is to provide knowledgeable, compassionate guidance to every client I serve.
